Using OctoVault or one of our apps?

For help with OctoVault backups, your account, billing, or device setup, sign in to your account dashboard or email support@spydaz.com. Include the app name and a short description of what you need — we aim to respond within one business day.

Lost your encryption or recovery key? OctoVault is zero-knowledge — we never hold a copy of your key, so we can't recover your data without it. Keep your offline recovery key somewhere safe.
